Polyamides
The production of our Polyamides is based on established technologies. These benefit from low-odour properties, superb pigment wetting characteristics and excellent adhesion to substrates. Additionally, the Polyamides exhibit excellent alcohol solubility, Nitrocellulose compatibility, superior gelling, gloss and water resistance.
Our Polyamides are manufactured to a very high standard, guaranteeing batch to batch quality and consistency.

Phenolic
Caleb offers Cellobond™ Phenolic based Resins, Surface Pastes (Gel Coat), and Phencat™ Catalysts for GRP Composite Applications. The product portfolio offers matrix systems for all processing methods including, Infusion, Hand lamination and RTM to name but a few.
We offer established Phenolic resins technology but are helping our customers transition to environmentally-superior U.L.E.F Phenolic based surface pastes and Resole resins. We additionally offer a spectrum of acid-based Catalysts; providing Pot lives from a few minutes to several hours, as well as cutting-edge latent catalysts for Phenolic based pre-preg, SMC and pultrusion applications.
Along with in-house Technical support our Product base includes both Powdered, modified, or unmodified Novolac (with or without Hexamine) and Liquid Phenolic Resole Resins.

Shellac
Caleb supplies a full range of food-grade shellac products. Our manufacturing processes are ISO 9001:2008 compliant and we also stock kosher, halal and organic grades.
Along with in-house Technical support, our product range includes bleached, unbleached and lemon shellac, as well as Aleuritic acid (for the production of Ambrettolide). We export our shellac worldwide for a variety of end uses.

Gum Rosin
Caleb offers gum rosin in varying grades and qualtities. Our gum rosins are produced from the distillation of pine gum into gum rosin and turpentine. The production process has been adapted to minimise solid and liquid waste streams, with lower atmospheric emissions. With sophisticated R&D facilities on-site, we are capable of developing new resin-based products for our customers.
The factory has dedicated additional land to plant new trees to offset the impact on the environment. This is just one example of Caleb’s commitment to supporting environmentally conscious businesses.
